Support the capital campaign for our new community center
As a part of the Capital Campaign to build awareness and financial support a new community center at 120 Jackson Street, the board of directors has put together a new community cookbook, with recipes, stories and photographs from friends, neighbors, local businesses and alumni of the Sett.
Packed with delicious local recipes, the SSA Cookbook makes a wonderful gift!
WHAT YOUR COOKBOOK PURCHASE SUPPORTS
School Settlement Association (The Sett or SSA), the oldest settlement house in Brooklyn, has been serving the community of Williamsburg for over 100 years with low-cost family, after-school, summer camp and educational enrichment activities.
The existing facility at 120 Jackson Street is beyond its useful life, and has been approved for a complete reconstruction. School Settlement is partnered with St. Nicks Alliance to build a new state of the art facility that can help future generations with literacy, nutrition, advocacy and education for all ages.
